The Model for Administration of Information and Communication Technology in Digital Age for School under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The study on plans and strategies designed for the administration of information and communication technology in the digital age. The research participants include 10 school administrators from schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Purposive sampling method was used to select the sample. According to the opinions of school administrators and teachers from the interview, the development of information and communication technology in administration should include the following: Application software should be employed for academic administration, school administrators should have awareness and understanding of the value of technology in budget management in which error is not allowable, a computer program or technology for information retrieval should be used in human resource management, technology should be used for general administration in schools, such as intra and inter communication with government offices using information system applications and gathering guidelines for the improvement of technology in educational institution administration. The making of strategic information system planning should not be defensive and split by the IT department only.
