Design of Big Data-based Precipitation Prediction Model using Water Resource Instrumentation Data
Abstract
This paper aims to provide a method for efficiently performing big data analysis based on precipitation data to prepare for flooding as part of water resource data. In addition, using the fragmented data, it is to design the smart water grid-based storage and classification model of precipitation measurement data to increase the accuracy of the prediction data for local flood preparedness.
