Entrepreneurial Talent and Personality among Rural Students: A Correlational Study

Abstract
The present research investigation aimed at to study the relation between entrepreneurial talent and personality among the rural students in India. More than 200 students belonging in rural sections were selected for this study. They have deeply interviewed and also some psychological scales are administered on them. The obtained data has been analysed by using Pearson product moment correlation and step wise regression analysis. Results revealed higher order correlation between personality and entrepreneurial talent. The results are discussed on the basis of review of related literature and the statistical analysis.
