Paper Title
Saudi Universities Students Awareness of Digital Crimes Case Study: Southern Region

Abstract
In order to protect our society against crimes of all kinds, we must become aware of digital crimes. This research paper examined an aspect of awareness of digital crimes in Saudi student communities in the southern region, specifically in public universities. The results of this study showed that all students from all different educational levels lack sufficient awareness of the concepts of digital crimes. This study also found that bachelor students in all the universities that were studied have a significant weakness in dealing with digital crimes, whether by avoiding them before they occur or the way to report and deal with these crimes after they occur. Universities in the region from Saudi Arabia do not pay much attention to including educational materials related to digital crimes and awareness of them, which led to the emergence of this general lack of awareness of digital crimes. Therefore, this study urges the need to add these educational materials to all students at all levels and to raise public awareness for all students.
