SIMPLIFIED THERMAL ANALYSIS OF A CUBESAT FOR DIFFERENT PANEL COMBINATIONS

Abstract
Abstract: Manage the temperature of nanosatellite is the main challenge of thermal engineer, the payload, and the platform should kept within their acceptable marge of temperature during the mission. A simplified thermal model was designed and examined in order to determine the temperature of the Cube Sat. The paper presents a result of simulation of a 3U Cube Sat in orbit 600Km for a various combination for panels for a best compromise between the thermal control and the allowable power.
