Paper Title
Detection of Trace Metal in Kuwait's Marine Sediments

Abstract
An analytical method is described for the monitoring and evaluation of trace metal pollution in marine sediments for multi metal analysis in Kuwait. Sediment samples were collected and their identified using different analysis in order to determine calcium carbonate and total organic carbon (TOC) contents. The other metal such as cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, nickel, lead and zinc were measured by inductively coupled plasma. Grain size, clay and sand for the collected sediment were determined and found to be less significant. Trace metal concentration for AS, Hg, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn were calculated and a correlation with TOC were built up. A comparison between the concentration in difference locations were done and a significant observation were concluded. Results obtained are discussed and compared with the international recommended data.
