Abstract
The background of this literature review study is that the prevalence of anemia in adolescents (aged 15-24 years) is 48.9%, which means 4-5 out of 10 adolescents are anemic. This data shows that the incidence of anemia in adolescents is classified as a serious health problem because the prevalence is >40% while the global nutrition target for anemia is expected to decrease by 50% from the baseline, which is 15% in 2025 which indirectly illustrates the gap between expectations and empirical facts. . This literature aims to determine the difference between MMN supplements and moringa oleifera plus royal jelly on increasing hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls. The method used in the literature review is through a systematic approach to data analysis in the form of a research paper or by using a survey methodology. The articles used are articles that have been published in journals. An article search strategy using an online database that provides journal articles in PDF format, such as: Pubmed, and Science Direct and other sources such as Textbooks from libraries, Theses and Dissertations are also utilized.
