Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness during Transformation: A Case Study of Unit X in Telecommunication Company

Abstract
In order to transform into a top-tier digital telecommunication company that enables both public and private businesses as well as society to sustainably generate economic and social value for the Indonesian country, it is necessary to understand what the organization needs to speed up and maximize its digital transformation. By measuring the Organization Effectiveness (OE) and Change Readiness (CR) in the company, it will assist management in directing its human resources toward the achievement of organizational goals as well as the organization's preparation both psychologically and behaviorally to face and implement significant changes. To answer effectiveness issues happening in a telecommunication company, the author provides the new development of an OE survey called the 12-Instruments of Organization Effectiveness. This study also aims to give determination on the correlation between CR and OE, and proposed solutions that could be implemented for each improvement in the 12-Instruments of OE to enhance effectiveness in a company during the transformation process.
