The Position of The Jordanian Constitutional Court on The Nature of The Administrative Judiciary In Jordan

Abstract
This study deals with the position of the Jordanian Constitutional Court on the nature of the administrative judiciary in Jordan. The main purpose of the current study is answering the important question is Are administrative courts considered part of civil courts or a type of special court, or are they considered a special judicial body? The study concluded that the Jordanian Constitutional Court, in its decision No. (10) for the year 2013, considered the administrative courts a part of the civil courts.
