Literature Review: Positive Deviation of Caregivers in the First 1000 Days of Life in Areas Stunting is Specially Located

Abstract
Malnutrition is a major factor causing under-five mortality worldwide; 45% are associated with malnutrition. The first 1000 days of life is a very best period because it is the fastest growth that must be supported by parenting patterns both feeding and care by parents to get rapid growth. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the positive deviation of caregivers within the first 1000 days of life in the area of the stunting locus. The source of the literature in this literature review is obtained from an online journal database that provides free journal articles in PDF format that has been indexed by Scopus, such as: Google Scholar, Science Direct, and PubMed. From the initial search results, 325 literatures were found, after going through the screening process, 12 literatures were left in the review. The results of the literature study found several things that the fewer the number of births is significantly proven to have a better nutritional status, the increasing number of family members has no effect on food availability and food distribution for family members because the family takes advantage of the potential possessed by the family. The quality and type of food given to children and the frequency of feeding are important factors related to the incidence of stunting, growth disorders in the first 1000 days of life can have a permanent and long-term (irreversible) damage impact.
