Paper Title
Handling of Nurse’s Work Stress on Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice in a Hospital Environment

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic requires the application of effective infection prevention and control to knowledge, attitudes and practices. Nurses play an important role in fighting infectious diseases that pose very serious psychological health risks. The purpose of this literature is to identify and describe the handling of nurses' work stress on knowledge, attitudes, and practices in the hospital environment. The literature sources in this study came from online databases of journals that provide free journal articles in PDF format, such as: ProQuest and PubMed indexed quartile 1-3 Scopus in the last ten years with the keyword health costs in the islands. Of the 274 articles identified in the search phase, 20 articles were eligible for inclusion in this review. The article revealed that good knowledge of nurses about the pandemic will affect the behavior of nurses in providing nursing care while prioritizing patient and self-safety. Nurses' attitudes about the pandemic tend to respond (positively or negatively) to job stress. The higher the level of nursing practice regarding the pandemic, the lower the level of work stress. Knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to the pandemic can be a form of intervention against work stress during the pandemic. Keywords - KAP, Nurse, Psychological
