The Impact of Flexible Work Systems on the Organizational Performance of Industrial Companies through Talent Management as a Mediating Variable

Abstract
The current study aimed to assess the impact of flexible work systems in improving organizational performance by attracting and retaining talent. By analyzing the questionnaire data obtained from a random sample of (320) individuals from the study sample and to review the results of the study that were obtained. the researcher analyzed the data that had been obtained from the study sample. 28SPSS and AMOS26 program were used to analyze the obtained data, which is one of the famous statistical programs. Where the following results were obtained: • The existence of flexible work systems practices in the companies under study to a high degree. • The talent management variable is also applied to a high degree. • There is a significant and statistically significant effect of flexible work systems on organizational performance • Talent management mediates the relationship between flexible work systems and partly organizational performance.
