The workplace stress is considered one of the key factors in increasing productivity and sustainability. High workplace stress can lead to fatigue and negatively affect to sustainability of the organization. Due to the long-term workloads, stresses and strains are the main reasons of employee job burnout. In an organization, job burnout can lead to absenteeism, job performance, and inactivity and leave the job at the end. Maslach and Goldberg(G. J.
