Workplace with Politics: In Case of Energy Station, in Mongolia

Abstract
The study investigated the influence of social capital on job satisfaction with moderating effect of perceived organizational politics. The model was empirically tested based on a data collected from 237 workers in 2nd electric station in Ulaanbaatar city. Exploratory factor analysis of scales were analyzed via SPSS 23.0 software. The result illustrates that the positive impact of social capital to job satisfaction decreases when perceived organizational politics shows moderating negative effect in between.
