A Model Plan to Understand and Assess Mind-Set in 21st Century Higher Education

Abstract
The paper attempts to understand the mindset of 21st century education. The objective of the paper is todevelop a model plan to understand and assess the mind-set in 21st century higher education throughdifferent theories and secondary research. The current research framework focuses on the application oflearning theories such as Vigotsky’s; Kolb’s; Bloom’s Taxonomy and Theory of Growth and Fixed Mindsetin developing model plan of assessment and intervention process of assessing and enhancing GrowthMindset and other different types of Learning Mindset that lead to a positive and impactful teachinglearningprocess among the facultymembers on 21st CenturyHigher Education.
