Integrating Sustainability in Higher Education - The Case of Mathematics
Abstract
Now more than ever the global community faces choices that can either lead us toward or away from a more peaceful and prosperous future. And the national education is one of the crucial areas where we can all contribute to come to the desired goal. The aim of this paper is to give a short insight on sustainability in higher education, why it is important to integrate Sustainable Development Goals in Higher Education, how we can do it and how math study can contribute to the global sustainability issues.
