Analysis on Gallium Arsenide (GAAS)-based Laser Diode for Autonomous Control System

Abstract
The paper presents the analysis on Gallium Arsenide-based Laser Diode for Autonomous Control System. The research problem in this study is the defect analysis on fabricated GaAs Laser Diode for practical purposes in autonomous control system. The current fabricated laser diode has several defects and the types of defects could not be easily identified during fabrication process in experimental studies. The research solution is only emphasized on the identification of specific defects on the developed laser diodes. The purposes or objectives of this study are based on the step by step procedures on numerical analysis with specific parameters. The numerical analyses are conducted according to the specific parameters from the experimental studies for real world applications. The numerical results confirm that the performance of the developed laser diode is met with experimental research works.
