Paper Title
Radiation Dose in Radio Therapy

Abstract
The volume dependence of the radiation response of a tumor is straightforward to quantity since it depends majorly on eradicating all its clonogenic cells. Thus tumor has a parallel organization like any other surviving clonogenic in principle can repopulate it. The biggest challenge with the tumor's reaction is knowing the density and sensitivity distribution of the top resistant clonogenic cells. An increase of 50% tumor regulation dose and the decrease in the highest normalized slope of the dose-response relation denoted by ‘r’ in the presence of small compartments of resistant tumor cells have been quantified to illustrate their effect on the dose-response relation (Bentzen, 2018). Damage to normal tissue is more complex, and the process is always gradual. Injury to normal tissues may have a complex structural and functional organization. The volume dependence of the dose-response relation of normal tissues is denoted by relative seriality s'.
