Can Macroeconomic Resilience Level Increasing while the Resilience Rank Decreasing? The case of Canada Macroeconomic Resilience 2021

Abstract
The paper present the latest version of Macroeconomic Resilience index (2021), and the rank of Canada, that the Macroeconomic Resilience level increasing by its value but at the same time the result of the resilience rank was unexpected to be decreasing as the competition for ranks between top countries was very hard.
