Home Office Communication on the Instagram Social Network during Covid-19

Abstract
This study presents an analysis of social networks in the area of home office in the period from 2020 to 2021 - the period affected by the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify the main topics related to home office areas on the Instagram social network through the analysis of Instagram messages containing the #homeoffice hashtag. The analysis was performed on the basis of 328286 messages created from 256 428 unique users. The results show that users of the Instagram social network communicate the most design, which concerns both the interior itself and the workplace. Due to the fact that job satisfaction depends on the work environment, Instagram social network can be taken as inspiration for people at home office and recommend this channel to employees who can find inspiration in this area to increase the quality of their workplace and thus improve working conditions, and therefore increase work performance.
