No-Fault Compensation for Covid-19 Vaccination's Damage: Forgotten Legal Provisions in Vietnam

Abstract
Vietnam is one of the countries having the highest rate of vaccination. This achievement isenormous for a country that faces economic and medical development challenges. However, there are many accidents during the vaccination process. These seriously damage patients' health and lives. The Law of Vietnam has strict regulations on non-fault compensation responsibilities for community vaccination. Depending on injury levels, rights for injury compensation do not seem to be mentioned by the State and forgotten, or the patients may know about the rights.
