Adaptation of E-Wallets Payment in Vietnam

Abstract
This study displays the factors influences on using intention of e-wallets in Vietnam, containing: perceived usefulness, easy to use, social influence, transaction security, perceived trust, and comparing to other payment. 528 samples were collected to serve the data analysis process by applying STATISTIC 10 ver. for descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and ANOVA test. Utilizing LISREL 8.8 to establish LISREL model and test hypotheses. This paper showed that perceived usefulness, easy to use, social influence, transaction security, and comparing to other payment, and significantly positively influences on using intention of e-wallets payment while perceived trust have insignificant influence on using intention of e-wallets payment in Vietnam in Regression model. All of the hypotheses were rejected by LISREL model. Comparing with regression model and LISREL model, the LISREL model is better than regression model for higher structural validity and smaller errors.
