A Proposed Use of an Educational Simulation Environment (Caps-Sim-EDU) in the Development of Engineering & Science Curriculum

Abstract
CAPS-SIM is a simulation environment for magnetically-driven active endoscopic capsules [1]. This simulation environment consists of several blocks that can be used in teaching engineering and science curriculum using competency based learning. In this paper, we proposed an educational use for the main functions of the simulation environment in developing the practical lab and lecture demonstration in engineering and science courses.
