An Investigation into the Effect of Resource usage on Sustainable Low-Cost Housing in Kajiado County, Kenya

Abstract
The sustainable low-cost of housing in Kajiado county remains a critical challenge. Despite the fact that ministry of housing trying to upgrade the housing units for the residents of Kajiado County, still sustainability of such projects has not been achieved because of poor resource usage. The study investigated the effect of resource usage on sustainable low-cost housing in Kajiado County Kenya. The study adopted descriptive survey design. Data was collected using the questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The study revealed a significant relationship existed between resource usage and sustainable low-cost housing.
