Paper Title
Perception Image and Organizational Pride towards Employee Engagement amongst Police

Abstract
Perception image and organizational pride are a human resource issue that greatly determines the level of productivity of employees, whether it is the case of a public organization or a private one. In this case of police officers, these two facets in the management of police departments are largely imperative in effectively and efficiently dispatching policing responsibilities. There are, however, multiple factors that determine the level of motivation for police officers, which in turn influence their perception image and the kind of pride that they attach to their organization or departments. For example, the course of training of police recruits as well as the organizational culture and brand that a police department or organization established and transfers largely determine what is expected from police officers.
