Artificial Intelligence: A Study of the Acceptance Factors of Employees and Managers

Abstract
Building on the stream of studies on artificial intelligence at the organizational context, and to support decisional situations faced by businesses regarding this game-changing technology, we seek to conceptually contribute to the emerging literature on using artificial intelligence for organization by an explanatory study of managers’ and employee’s attitudes and intentions regarding the use of artificial intelligence for the value creation and fulfilling service expectation.
