Paper Title
Online Education after COVID – A Short Case Study

Abstract
This article compares the customer satisfaction for an introduction to business courses that were taught before and after the onset of the Corona Virus Pandemic of 2019 (COVID-19). Although teaching evaluations and written comments determined that a traditional course was preferred over an online course, the Student Ratings of Instruction (evaluations of course and professor) were not greatly reduced. Findings suggest that higher education colleges carefully consider the customers’ opinions, target markets and curriculum before deciding whether the curriculum should be Internet-based.
