The Role of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, on Project Integration Management Performance of Housing Construction Project

Abstract
The paper aims to examine the theory of transformational leadership through Organization Citizenship Behavior on the Project Integration Management Performance and develop a framework tool to facilitate cross-organization and enhance the overall effectiveness of the process of Housing Construction Project success. This paper's research methodology was first to approach to review literature according to revelations of the area and distil the Transformational Leadership affecting the Project Integration Management Performance through Organization Citizenship Behavior. The findings highlight that greater project organization efficiency and less conflict achieved through a more significant structure and understanding of Project Integration Management Performance's intricacies. Originality value, the presents Project Integration Management Performance with a tool of project Mission, Top Management support, Project Schedule /plan, and Client consultation that interrelates projects to strategy fulfilment and also identifies the level, focus, and loading of projects to individuals across the organization. The finding of this, organizations can better understand their organizations and manage their portfolio process more effectively.
