Influence of Oil and Gas Fields Reservoir Rocks Desalting on their Deformation, Strength, and Filtration Properties

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the study of the influence of desalting of reservoir rocks from wells of the Chayandinskoye oil and gas condensate field on their deformation, strength, and filtration properties at the Triaxial Independent Loading Test System created at the Institute for Problems in Mechanics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The tests showed desalting by mineral water increases rocks permeability significantly, but impacts strength and deformation characteristics not so much.
