E-Valuation: Home Analytics and Decision Support System with Visualization Tool for Real Estate Venture Capitalist, Property Seller and Appraiser

Abstract
The paper intended the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) that will provide better decision making in the acquisition and selling of a property based on the market value. Due to advances in technology, web based decision support systems have come a long way and now can offer business of all natures many advantages. Unlike traditional applications, web based is accessible anytime, anywhere and via any PC with an internet connection. The Decision Support Systems' application may give encouragement to the following: a) venture capitalist to acquire property for investment, b) property seller for conversion of asset and providing property selling price and, c) appraiser for easy generation of the property’s appraised value.
