The Impact of Intellectual Capital on the Application of Human Resource Management Organizational Excellence Practices, the European Model EFQM

Abstract
The current study aimed to measure the effect of intellectual capital practices on the institutional excellence of human resources by applying to the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where a survey study was conducted on a facilitated sample (510) of employees of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones by distributing a list of questionnaires that include Measuring study variables, were analyzed statistically using the SPSS26 program, and the results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the practices of intellectual capital on the institutional excellence of human resources. Recommendations and future research directions have been produced that will be mentioned during the research. Keywords - Intellectual Capital, Organizational Excellence, EFQM
