The Supply Chain Network Model of Mango for Export a Case Study of Enterprise Groups in the Northeastern Region of Thailand

Abstract
Mango is considered to represent the king of all fruit. It grows in many countries. India is the top producer while Thailand is the third rank and holds the third number of the exporter country (TRIDGE.2020). Organization development is the strategy and key to competing with the other supplier. The supply chain management is continuous development that includes production process, supply, and transportation, in which all of the activities are in logistics management. The objectives of this research are to study Thai’s mango supply chain model, the patterns of supply chain strategies, and the supply chain network patterns that affect performance in the production-for-export supply chain of mango enterprises in the Northeastern area. In this study, the author uses the information of Thai mango export and the supply chain management strategy to study (a) the mango supply chain management and (b) the supply chain network of mango, which starting with upstream to downstream for the whole supply chain. The mango supply chain in Thailand still has a problem in both agricultural problems and management problems. For this study, we focus on the management part. The result is that farmers and local enterprises lack efficiency in managing costs and time. Both units still have old-fashioned functionality, and essential information such as cost, sales history is not recorded. So it affects the management in the whole supply chain to handle the following problem. Keywords - Supply Chain, Mango Export, Supply Chain Network Management
