An Analysis of Cooperative Learning in Maximizing Student Motivation, Learning, and Achievement

Abstract
Students must both develop knowledge of subject matter in addition to gaining and improving their other skills. Collaborative skills are taken into critical account as they can help lead students to success in learning and working. Students should work cooperatively in teams in order to help each other learn and maximize their own learning. Face-to-face promotive interaction, positive interdependence, individual and group accountability, collaborative social skills, evaluating, and processing have become vital aspects of student life and serve to foster generosity, hospitality, and willingness to assist one another. Students must therefore utilize their skills to work together so they can achieve success. The present study aims to investigate the effect of cooperative learning method on learning achievement. The study findings can help teachers identify and implement best teaching practices to ensure they provide their students with the most rigorous and appropriate program.
