Privacy Concern and Inertia, Do They Moderate Mobile Banking Apps Adoption and Usage Continuance Intention?

Abstract
This paper used the extended Expectation Confirmation Model to determine the factors affecting usage continuance intention as a post-adoption behavior for M-banking applications (apps). Additionally, the moderating role of privacy concerns and inertia were researched. The structural equation modeling was used to test the research model. The results show that satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use significantly affect continuance intention and satisfaction is the most important antecedent. Moreover, the results show that privacy concerns moderate users' satisfaction and perceived usefulness.
