Abstract
Technological advances present an opportunity to innovate the way we teach. The rise of the flipped classroom learning and teaching strategy is one example of such innovation. This study shows that pre-university students appreciate flipped learning because they were able to learn at their own pace and in turn allows them to be more involved in collaborative learning in class. The flipped classroom is a promising pedagogical practice to allow for a more personalized and self-paced learning for students.
