Music Curriculum of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University In 21st Century

Abstract
The research is the study of music curriculum of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University in 21st century with the purpose to study music curriculum of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University in connection with skills in the 21st century. Also, this research is to propose courses of music study which are correlative to changes to the 21st century. This research is based on Delphi technique by collecting information from the Head of Music Department, responsible instructors of music study, curriculum instructors, music instructors, and music students of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University and 21st century experts for 21 people. The three interviews are done with different date and time. The data are then descriptively analyzed and synthesized. According to the results, some courses of the curriculum must be improved and modernly-modified for the learners. New courses shall be constructed in order to improve skills, apart from music skill, consistent with the 21st century, to allow the learners to usefully employ technology during the study, and to enable the learners to integrate all skills. The results are also related to the 6 areas in Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education; TQF:HEd, which are Virtue and Ethics, Knowledge, Cognitive Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Responsibility, Numerical Analysis, Communication, and Information Technology Skills, and Psychomotor Domain.
