Teachers‟ Self-Efficacy a Key Booster to a Self-Esteem
Abstract
Self-efficacy is one of the most pertinent notions that has enjoyed a long period of interest. Researches findings on self-efficacy posit that a healthy level of self-efficacy usually results in positive outcomes and reflects on behaviours, performances. Thus, the current paper highlights the impact of teachers’ efficacy on classroom performances and learning outcomes. The study embraced one basic research tool: a semi-structured interview with three teachers. Finally, it endeavours to suggest some techniques that can upsurge self-efficacy and improve students’ learning.
