Assisting The Utilization of Milk Kefir for Specific Nutritional Intervention to Prevent Stunting

Abstract
This paper presents a journey of Community Service activities carried out by UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung lecturers in Cilembu Village, Pamulihan District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. This paper contributes to the development of public understanding of stunting cases that still exist in several regions in West Java, as well as providing alternative solutions by developing in-house milk kefir production. This paper explainsthe journey of stunting description, causes, and prevention efforts including the utilization of fermented milk production, namely milk kefir. The assisting activity includes introduction to the current issue of stunting, making and utilizing milk kefir prevent stunting in infants. This effort is part of specific nutrition interventions carried out to target groups of pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers under the age of two years. Activities include preliminary discussions, training activities, mentoring, and evaluation presented in a straightforward and easily understood manner.
