The Role of Delegation of Authority in Increasing Job Satisfaction Among Government Employees in UAE
Abstract
The aim of this study is to enhance the understanding in animated extent of the role of delegation of authority in increasing Job Satisfaction among government employees in UAE. Precisely, the prime objective of this study is to at examining the concept of delegation of authority, as well as its types. And examining the principles of delegation of authority. Also to examining the factors influencing the implementation/avoidance of delegation of authority. Finally to examining of advantages and disadvantages of delegation of authority examining the impact of delegation of authority on public sector employees in UAE. Based on a comprehensive literature review of delegation authority, and job satisfaction,. This study is only limited to in public sector organization in UAE and future research may be conducted in other service sector as well as can assess the main contribution of this paper is the analysis of defined variables public sector employees in UAE with emphasize on new challenges and to boost up the gap of relevant literature.
