Abstract
The aim of this study is to enhance the understanding in animated extent of the role of decision-making strategies in attaining organizational excellence in governmental organizations in UAE. Precisely, the prime objective of this study is to at Examining the concept of decision making, and also revealing the significance of decision making in modern organizations. Also defining the most important requirements for making proper decisions, as well as identifying the stages and styles of decision making. On the other hand to Identifying the challenges associated with the development of decision-making strategies. Finally to examining the role of decision-making strategies in attaining organizational excellence.
