The Influence Analysis of Paternalistic Leadership on Employee Performance with Affective Trust and Cognitive Trust as Mediators at Directorate General of Post and Informatics

Abstract
This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of paternalistic leadership style on employees in-role performance. 2) To analyze the effect of affective trust and cognitive as a mediator. The scope of this study is the assessment of perceived in-role performance. The sample of the study consists of civil servant that has functional and structural position. Results indicated that there is little effects on paternalistic leadership on in-role performance and the cognitive trust has had a positive mediating effect between paternalistic leadership and in-role performance Keyword - Paternalistic Leadership, In-Role Performance, Trust, Civil Servant.
