The Attribute Of Bachelor Of Music Students By Satisfaction Of Users: Case Study Of Rajabhat Universities In Bangkok
The purpose of this research was to study and to find the ways to develop the attribute of bachelor of music students by satisfaction of users in Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok. The subjects for this study were 3 groups of organizations. The first one was 5 music schools. The second one was 5 music companies. The last one were 3 the government organization with the music bands. The research instruments were a questionnaire with 5 rating scale and interview. The statistics used in the study were percentage, means, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of this study were divided in to two parts. The first part from questionnaire 112 sheets in 6 dimensions. It covered 1) moral and ethical behavior, 2) knowledge, 3) intellectual skill, 4) personal relations skill, 5) mathematical analysis skill, communication skill and information technology application skill and 6) music skill. The results shown that the most desirable characteristic of music graduate students were personal relations skill with the mean 3.95. The second one was intellectual skill with the mean 3.78. The third one was the moral and ethical behavior with the mean 3.55. The last one were mathematical analysis skill, communication skill and information technology application skill with the mean 3.11.The second part from interview 5 entrepreneurs. The results shown that the entrepreneurs wanted graduate students with good intentions. There were individual relationship and responsibility, acquiring knowledge and skills of professional skills for knowledge and learning new things all the time.
