Impact of Just-In-Time Implementation on Perceived Organizational Performance in Selected Philippine Companies

Abstract
This research study attempted to find the relationship of Just in Time (JIT) principles to organizational performance. In finding the relationship descriptive-correlational study was utilized to175 Philippine companies. The results showed that most of the companies were located in Metro Manila and most of the owners were aware of JIT principles. It was further concluded that there was a significant impact of implementation of JIT principles and organizational performance. Keywords - JIT, Operation Management, Organizational Performance
