Performance Efficiency of Non-Academic Staff at The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Suandha Rajabhat University

Abstract
The findings revealed that most of non-academic staff who answered the questionnaire was male, at the age of 31 – 40 years old, attained the Bachelor’s Degree, earned 10,001 – 20,000 Baht monthly, has worked as the permanent officer, with 3 – 5 years of work experience consecutively. The performance efficiency of non-academic staff at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, SuanSunandhaRajabhat University on; (1) the quality of work was in the highest level and when it was considered in each topic, it revealed that most of them understood in their work process which caused to its quality without any mistakes, work on the organization’s plan for its quality, work improvement for its quality, the least mistake and achieve the organization’s goal, and understood in their work process for its quality consecutively,(2) the work volume was in the highest level and when it was considered in each topic, it revealed that most of them always worked for that targeted volume, understood intheir work process which caused to its work volume by the organization’s plan, always worked for that targeted volume, and work improvement for the work volume by the organization’s goal and (3) the expense was in the highest level and when it was considered in each topic, it revealed that most of them understood in their work process which caused to decrease their work cost, concerned on using the organization’s resources and implements economically, work on the organization’s plan by concerning on using the organization’s resources as its cost, planned for decreasing any inessential cost, and always checked up on the implement or equipment consecutively.
