The Analysis of Heavy Metals in Vegetables Consume in Daily Life

Abstract
This research aims to study the determination of heavy metals namely, Cr(II), Cu(II) and Pb(II) in 5 samples of vegetable in Dusit Community. The samples were prepared by wet digestion and dry digestion method. The amounts of heavy metal were detected by used Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer(AAS) in all experiments. The amounts of heavy metals found in all 5 types of vegetable were lower than the standard value. This results confirmed that the vegetables in Sriyan Market were out of contaminates and safe for consume to make the quality of life of people get better. Keywords - Vegetable, Heavy metals, Consume.
