Meta-Analysis of Diverse Factors Affecting Reverse E-logistics Performance and its Efficiency

Abstract
Reverse e-logistics has a lot of benefits in terms of increasing profits and customer satisfaction for the companies that implement it correctly. The problem is that it is often neglected, and not studied well. The objective of this study is to determine factors that affect REL, and how REL can be improved. Some solutions applied so far such as omni-channels, and Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) succeeded in increasing performance of reverse logistics. However, gaps are still existing. The methodology used is mainly literature review, synthesis, and comparative analysis. Keywords - Logistics, Supply Chain, Reverse E-logistics, ICT.
