Paper Title
Isolation, Purification and Characterization of the Proteins from Different Types of the Human Teeth

Abstract
The goal of the thesis was to isolation, purification and characterization of proteins extracted from different types of human teeth i.e. Incisor, Canine, Molar, and Premolar. We choose proteins from human teeth as some individual proteins were reported earlier to be “Intrinsically disordered” in nature. We wanted to check the status of complete proteome extract from individual types of human teeth in terms of secondary structural composition. Intrinsically disordered proteins are the proteins that do not have stable 3D structure. We characterize these four different human teeth proteins by SDS-PAGE, UV-Visible spectroscopy, FTIR spectroscopic (Fourier Transform Infra-Red Spectroscopy) and CD Spectroscopy (Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy) techniques and found out that majority of these tooth proteins, involved in teeth Biomineralization and tooth unstructured in nature.
