Paper Title
Humans and Companies' Attitude towards Risk

Abstract
In companies people work and people manage, knowledge of their risk attitudes is essential. Risks are common to all activities, but they have their specificities in different areas and professions. [1] It depends on the personal qualities of the people employed there. In terms of professions, the risk rating of an entrepreneur-businessmen is not named at all (the first place is "Stuntman" and the third is "Santa Claus"), but this does not mean that the entrepreneurial activity and the entrepreneur himself is not at risk. As early as 1912 the scientist I. Schumpeter described the psychological phenomenon of an entrepreneur as a man who "breaks the equilibrium in the economy, creates new combinations of economic development factors, and, by introducing constant innovations, moves the economy into a new equilibrium"; And, according to scientist Peter Drucker, the success of entrepreneurship depends on how well and intentionally entrepreneurs implement innovations, otherwise there will be only losses.
