Paper Title
Predictive Analysis of the Employee’s Behaviour

Abstract
Most of the people in this era specialized in any field of engineering , get their employment hands on mostly in the software industry. All these working professionals experience stress, mental pressure, peer pressure to stay ahead so that their work is recognised and physical trauma by spending several hours in front of the computers. These professionals without getting skilled in their core industry, fall into the mnc companies in huge numbers. In order to meet out the basic necessities for their livelihood, these engineers work in the master-slave timings for these companies. By using predictive algorithms , the employee’s stress level is considered and thereby figuring out a schedule that is flexible and providing relaxation in terms of breaks like lunch, tea breaks so that they can go get some fresh air and get to do some stretching , vaccations and occasional offs etc. By analysing the employee’s behaviour from the data we can also decide on the increments, bonus, token of appreciation so as to boost the employee and to motivate him to keep up his work and to set his bars high. The algorithm aims at figuring out these outcomes from the data and make the statistical predictions thereby developing the friendly relationship with the employees for their physical and mental health well being. The input is the working schedule which is fed into the dialog flow in order to process the machine learning algorithm and the predictions are communicated interacting the positive outcomes for both the employer and the employee. It is said that an happy employee is an asset to the company as they tend to be more productive, so the key to success of a company lies on how the employer treats his employees.
