How Students’ Behavior Intention to Support Faculty Integrity? Through Relational Outcomes and Faculty Reputation as Mediating Variable

Abstract
The objective of this research is to determine the effect of communication behavior, educational experience, and service quality on students’ behavioral intentions through relational outcomes and faculty reputation as mediation. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics, Semarang State University in the year 2015 as many as 865 students and sample of 273 students with proportional random sampling technique. The method of data collection of this study using questionnaires. The data analysis using percentage descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0. The results there are 13 hypotheses accepted and four hypotheses rejected from a total of 17 hypotheses. The conclusions in this research is communication behavior, educational experience, and service quality as well as mediating variables such as relational outcomes and reputation successfully influence is behavioral intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics Semarang State University.
